Guidelines for ICFSR26 Poster Presenters
We are delighted to showcase your work at ICFSR26. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth poster presentation, whether you are joining in person or remotely.
In-Person Poster Presentation
Poster setup & removal
- Setup: by 8:30 AM
- Removal: by 5:00 PM
Posters left after the session will be discarded. No exceptions.
Poster format (portrait orientation only)
- Height: 46 inches (116.8 cm)
- Width: 40 inches (101 cm)
Posters that do not meet these specifications cannot be displayed.
Mounting materials
All mounting supplies will be provided onsite.
Mandatory poster PDF upload
- Upload opens: February 10th
- Deadline: March 1st

Remote Poster Presentation
Your poster will be displayed in the Virtual Poster Hall.
