1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern access to and use of our website and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”). By accessing and using the Application, you expressly agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.


2. Purpose

The purpose of the Application is to provide a detailed program, a complete agenda, practical information, and any useful information related to the event. It allows participants to easily access schedules, speakers, and content necessary for the proper conduct of the event.

The Application may display event partner and sponsor logos for informational purposes.


3. Access and Use of the Application

Access:
Access to the Application is free of charge. However, creating a user account is mandatory. This account is obtained through registration on the event website.

Use:
You agree to use the Application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and with these Terms. Any abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Application.


4. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

We place great importance on the protection of your personal data. The information listed below is collected solely for the operation of the Application:

Personal information (name, email address, postal address, phone number, etc.):
Used exclusively for the operation of the Application, user account management, event organization and monitoring, analysis of Application usage, fraud prevention, security and legal compliance, and communications strictly related to the service and the proper conduct of the event.

User ID and other technical identifiers:
Used for account management and Application performance analysis.

Location (precise position):
Collected only when necessary for the proper functioning of certain Application features.

Crash logs, diagnostics, and other performance data:
Collected to improve Application stability, security, and performance.

Application interactions and user-generated content:
Collected to analyze Application usage and prevent fraudulent activities.

Users’ personal data is never used for advertising or commercial purposes.


4.1 Data Security

Encryption and secure transfer:
Data is transmitted through secure connections protected by encryption measures to ensure confidentiality and integrity.

Non-sharing of data:
Personal data is not shared with third parties, except when strictly necessary for the operation of the Application or when required by law.

Data deletion:
Currently, no direct method is available through the Application to request deletion of personal data.
Any request related to personal data may be submitted by consulting the Privacy Policy or by contacting ANT Congrès using the contact details provided in Article 10.


5. Communications and Push Notifications

The Application primarily displays logos of event partners and sponsors.

Push notifications may be sent to provide users with useful and contextual event-related information, such as practical information, program or schedule changes, or reminders related to key event moments.

Users may enable or disable push notifications at any time through their device settings.


6. Intellectual Property

All content available within the Application (texts, images, logos, graphic elements, etc.) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of ANT Congrès or its partners.

Any full or partial reproduction without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.


7. Liability and Warranties

User liability:
You are responsible for your use of the Application. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use may result in liability.

Operator liability:
ANT Congrès undertakes to use all reasonable means to ensure secure and continuous access to the Application but cannot be held liable in the event of service interruption, technical malfunction, or unauthorized data access.


8. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect upon publication.

Users are encouraged to regularly review the Terms to stay informed of any updates.


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or execution, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of Montpellier, France.
